Studio Micah is owned and operated by Chrystina Herron

As a child Chrystina Herron always dreamed of becoming a Hairstylist, and with the hard work and dedication she always puts into anything she does, she achieved her goal at 17. After 12 years in the Salon Industry, she realized another dream — to open a Hair Salon that offers premium services with an inclusive atmosphere, where her clients can feel free to dream fantastical dreams of hair, and truly be heard. Specializing in color, she treats every client’s hair as her canvas, and lavishes them with uncompromised attention to detail. She is a bright, bubbly personality who loves animals of any kind, from scales to fur and feather, and welcomes adventure at every turn. If you ever dreamed of an adventure for your hairstyle, Chrystina is the person to bring it to life!

Emilie Barber — Hair Stylist

Emilie is an amazing stylist, and an excellent addition to our Studio! If you have a colour project in mind, she is just the person you want behind your chair. Get ready for springtime sunshine and shake off those winter blues with a fun fresh look and book with us!

Halley Pfeifer

Halley Pfeifer — Receptionist

After a disastrous overturned fruit-cart accident when she was young, Halley Pfeifer was raised by a marauding pack of feral Emus that happened to escape from an Interior Wildlife Centre. She was later tamed by the patient coaxing of Chrystina at age 19, who fed her scraps of lunchmeat in the vacant lot behind her house and eventually domesticated her. Since then, her abnormal upbringing has gone mostly unnoticed through society, with only the occasional startled squawk or attempt to threateningly spread her plumage as any giveaway. She has been supportive of Chrystina’s journey to achieve her dream Salon, and now lives in a semi-private cage in the shop, surrounded by technology, which often puts her into a trance-like state. Her typing style gives a whole new meaning to the term “hunt and peck.”
